Video Missing or Giving Error?

If you encounter any error message while trying to watch the movie, like for example "access denied" or "video missing", please post about this in the comment form given below. We will be on it immediately and make sure you have a working video feed soon.

Megavideo Playback Limit

Visitors from certain countries have reported that the movie temporarily stops playing after 72 minutes. The playback resumes in about an hour. Please understand that this is an issue with Megavideo.com, the video hosting company and not us. If the video stops in between, the waiting time will be shown on screen. For example if the waiting time is 34 minutes, take a break and come back in 34 minutes, start playing the video, forward it to the point it stopped playing and you can continue from where you left off.

We will never enforce any sort of delay for our viewers. But unfortunately we have to depend on Megavideo for hosting as it is too expensive to be done by ourselves. Kindly bear with us.

Gentlemen, I paid 2.99$ on 24th Feb paypal Receipt No: 2890-2451-4552-0805. I kept getting a popup to make a payment from the next day onwards. Since I liked the movie quality and the selection, I paid 2.99 $ again today, i.e. March 3rd Receipt No: 4573-8836-6349-2054. I believe there is something wrong with some setting. Worst part is I don’t have an email address to mail you guys or a contact number. Could you please let me know of any support number or could you let me know if there is a way that I can prevent this from happening again?

    Hello jayadev,

We identify our visitors with their IP addresses. So if a user with a particular IP address makes the payment, we make sure he won’t get another payment popup by adding his IP to an “allow” list.

The problem here is that your IP address is dynamic i.e. your IP address will be different each day. As a result there is no possible way for us right now to identify you among our daily visitors, since your IP keeps on changing. We are trying to find a solution for this issue but unfortunately it will take some time.

Therefore we have issued a full refund of the payment you made today. And you will still have access to the site now. You will be able to watch all the movies, but when your IP changes from your current value, the payment popup will come back.

    Hi Dave,

Thanks for the quick action again. So, unless I get a static IP, I won’t be able to use the website, am I correct? The problem is that my ISP always assigns a dynamic IP. Please let me know if there is any workaround at all.

That’s correct jayadev. If you had static IP there wouldn’t have been any issue at all. We are trying to see if there is any way to identify a user without using IP address. Hopefully we will be able to do something about this.
